    LEGOVINA is a small family winery, situated on the western side of the Istrian peninsula, in the village of Mekiši near Kaštelir, twelve kilometers from Porec. Seven hectares of our vineyards are planted on Istrian red soil(crvenica) at 150 to 230 meters above the sea level. The Legović family produced wine across generations, through a century-old tradition, for its household. Extending our vineyards area, our first commercial production of starts in the eighties, when we selling bulk wine for the local market. Then we began to export wine in Italy.

    The Zdjelarević Hotel was built on an agricultural estate, surrounded by vineyards, as a part of the winery of the same name. Enogastronomy forms an important part of the offer, which includes a course on the types of wine and the manner in which they are tasted. The family produces its own wines and organizes wine tours down the wine roads of Kutjevo and the Golden Valley, thereby allowing guests to learn about, and indeed taste, the wines of the entire area. The programme also includes visits to the hunting grounds of Radinje and Jelas polje, as well as riding and cycling, and a sightseeing tour of the County. Pets are permitted.
