Pure.hr holds the copyright for all own contents (textual, visual and audio materials, data bases and programming codes). Unauthorized use of any part of the portal is prosecutable. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law. The right of changing content and services Pure.hr have the right to change or delete or disable (temporary or permanent) of any content or service at the pure.hr portal without any previous announce or explanations.

Pure.hr consists of own contents, partners content, advertisers content and free content, contents created by registered users and links to other websites. Registered users

By registering on Pure.hr portal the user is obliged to pass through the registration process, insert veritable data and choose the username and password. The registered user is responsible for all published contents under his username. Pure.hr could not be held responsible for unauthorized use of the users account or for any damage caused by that. Pure.hr holds the right to block access or use to one or more services for which the user has been registered for, without previous announce or explanation. Pure.hr is not responsible for the damage caused by disabling, blocking or deleting the user account or accounts, or one or more services for which the user registered.

Commenting rules

Comments published on the pure.hr portal does not reflect the stands and beliefs of the owner of pure.hr or of it's users. Published stands or statements are not necessarily also stands of the redaction. Pure.hr is not responsible for the damage or harm caused to another user or third person by the violation of these commenting rules and conditions.
