Villa San Vito is an old stone house situated at the boundary of the historical centre of Grožnjan. It belongs to a complex of a baroque palace from the 17th century. Villa San Vito was entirely renovated in 2006/2007. The house restored its authenticity by use of stone, wood and wrought iron. Despite the spirit of the old times, the house is very modern. Various fruit trees are growing in the park – orchard, where guests can seat in peace and quiet listening to the birds (figs, apples, apricots, plums, almonds and walnuts).

The hosts gladly treat their guests with these juicy fruits, cultivated without the use of chemicals. The name „San Vito“was given to the house because it is situated in the vicinity of the parish church of St. Vid, the guardian saint of Grožnjan, built in the 14th century, and reconstructed in the 18th century.
